J– I've been on the phone now with Total Tech Support as She could not spell bent or board, nor was she proficient enough to process the claim and or get someone at my home to correct the hinge problem. Please note that the woman that I spoke to was I was back on the phone again the next day for another hour setting up a re-installation of my refrigerator which is now scheduled for July 29, 2020. I called Whirpool to ask them to come and adjust my hinges, They say they would need to charge me as the installer should have performed the adjustment on the hinges. She said she would return my call, but never did. Now she proceeds to enter the claim by using the wrong process. She instructed me to call Whirlpool as Best Buy could not assist with the repair of the hinges. ![]() I called the Best Buy Geek squad first, and worked over an hour on the phone with the woman that I spoke with. I asked him if this was a manufacturer defect and if I should call Whirlpool. If the left door was higher he could adjust the hinges, but being that the right door was higher that he could not adjust the hinges. #1A: After installation, I asked why my doors were uneven. With the removal of the old GE refrigerator by not using straps. I'm not sure why they were careless and cut corners Needless to say, they carried in the new refrigerator with straps. A review is underway for compensation on the repair of my porch. A “JB Hunt Claim #20359287 Best Buy” was opened and is active. Gene stated he had filed a claim and that he would provide information and his phone number before he left my service call at my home. Gene took pictures of my room without my presence, He took pictures of my desk as well. Michelle told me I would need to "stay on the claim as they were not good about honoring it". I am 64 years old and have never encountered such a sharp and nasty demeanor to discuss the damage her employee did to my furniture. Michelle was curt and rude in her voice tone to me. I talked to a Michelle at Geek Squad Temple Texas. I asked to talk to his supervisor which he called on his personal cell phone. I asked for the damage Gene had done to be sent through Best Buy for repair. Gene said he would take care of it out of his pocket, that he would pay for the damage to be repaired rather than go through Best Buy Geek Squad. Gene then pushed the monitor with the sharp edge pointing down along the top of the desk causing a 15 inch scratch on my furniture desk top. He then placed the monitor on its back on top of my wooden desk.
